This week I want to share with you TAIMES T7 MACHINE, which is strong, fashion and upgraded model.
It beyond your imagine.
At present, TAIMES T7 can install 4 pcs,8pcs,12pcs KM512/42PL printhead; also can install 12pcs KM1024/42PL
printhead.It depends on your need. And we will launch T7 install KM1024/14PL in near future.
Our TAIMES pay more attention to the details of machine. It work more stable and quiet than the other machines,
because we use high quality galvanized steel girder which manufacture by China top one iron and steel company
Bao steel company..This girder is 1 CM than the old model which insure the printhead carriage work stable on it.
Also some other parts, like cast-aluminum roller cam, instead of the plastic one, the new one is more durable; many
parts of the machine are well-know brand of the global world, such as Italy brand Megadyne long belt; German brand
IGUS power circut; German brand schneider safety switch;
We use Konica company recommend board system, which only used by three top suppliers in China.
Double voltage circles were designed for controlling two groups of voltage according to temperature separately on
each printhead. Solid tantalum capacitors were adopted on circuit, in order to prolong life of the piezoelectric crystals
in printhead. Embedded ARM CMOS chip can reduce the usage frequency of computer CPU and memory during the printing.
Due to design of self-recovering protecting system, when short circuit or voltage overload happens, the fuse in the printhead
board will be cut down automatically to ensure printhead safety.
