TAIEMS Solvent Printer system connection indication

 

1 I/O board proivde mainboard with 5V power source.

  2 Make sure the correct link of 35V, 24V, 12V power source which 

    offered by switching power supply.

  3 When you only use one origin, please bridging 1 and 2 pins of 

    the other origin socket. When you use AC servo  electrical machine 

    you should connect limit switch.

4 When you link ink pump socket, please ensure the corresponding 

color and oder is right.

5 When horizontal machine is DC electical machine, you should link 3

  wires with J9 socket of I/O board. If rotating direction is wrong, 

  you can choose the proper pins between Dir+ and Dir-.

  6 When horizontal machine is AC electical machine, bridging jumper 

    wires of Motor group.

Function Description

1. This system can automatically control several pumps to supply ink simultaneously.

2. With perfect alarm and protection function. If any problem occurred in any pump,

    it will alarm and indicate which one is in trouble and the troubled one will not affect others. 

3.  It is easy to connect it to other systems. All floating switches signals can be input 

     by serial port or parallel port.

4.  Main controller consists of micro CPU, which can check signals using software to

     filter out those false ones, which is helpful to make system work more reliably. 

       5.  The maximum ink limit is controlled by intelligent control system of main control 

            board, in case that the electric circuit causes ink supply shortage.
